What Causes Delay In Periods Despite Having Negative UPT?

Hi doctor I am 26 years old my husband is 30 years My periods are delaying from last 6 months 1st time it was delayed 20 days then after I taken a medicine according to the doctor suggestions then 2nd time also it was delayed a month then i got affaried and stops to take medicine this time more than 3 moths delayed until not came periods. I check recently pergency test the result is negative can I get pregency if delay periods continues,,,in future
