helo,my name is tracy from cape town.Im a 22 year old mother of 1.I have a problem...i missed 3 periods already and all pregnancy tests i took came out negative.I went to an altra sound and the doctor saw no baby.Im having moovements in my lower abdomen and i have big breasts,a growing tummy,ive gained weigth even though im on diet.I feel bubbles in my tummy and sometimes i see my stomuch mooving sometimes.Ive never had any morning sicknesses with my son so i dont know if the babay is hiding somewhere.I really nees help.Im confused.

Hello.
I have gone through your question and understand your concern. I would suggest you to undergo a blood test for beta-HCG levels for leaving no scope to doubt. If ultrasound shows no traces of pregnancy then there is nothing to worry about so relax.
Check your thyroid levels as weight gain and changes in regular menstrual cycle can be due to hypothyroidism. It is too early to feel the sensation of movements even if were pregnant so that sensation can probably due to abdominal cramps. Hope your concern is answered. Thank You.
