General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, i do care for your concern.
Having negative UPT test, the chances of being pregnant is very less.
However it is advisable to get HCG test done to rule out pregnancy.
I would advise
To consult your gyanec, and get treated for irregular mensturation.
usually having hormonal pills will revert your menstural cycles to normal.
Hope I have answered your question. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help.
Thank you.
I find this answer helpful
