What Causes Delay In Periods Despite Having Negative UPT?

i got married on 28 /08/2015 and my wife got her period on 02/09/2015 . after that she havent got her periods till now . she use to get regular periods that to early all time. but after marriage . when she did pregnancy test it shows neg. . she did 3 times when same neg. but still she dont get her period.

I really appreciate your concern, if you really want to rule out the pregnancy then better to get done the ultrasonography test because other test beside this could give false results, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
