Hi Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern.

Normally a woman on birth control pills experience bleeding 2-3 days after stoppage of hormone pills. If you haven't got bleeding even week after stopping hormone/active pills, this is abnormal & delay in periods could be due to following reasons reasons
- False negative pregnancy test is common in very early days after concieving. this is due to lower amount of HCG hormone in early pregnancy. The pinkish spotting occured may be implantation bleeding.
- other reasons include hormonal disturbance, excessive stress etc

If problem persists consult a gynaecologist
Hope this information helps
