What Causes Delay In Periods Despite Having Negative UPT?

Hi, I am 28 year old and married. On 15th of February 2016 me and my husband had sex and condom got tore. I had i-pill on 17th feb. This situation happened again on 21st of Feb and I took I-pill again on 22nd Feb after consulting to my doctor because this was the only post sex precaution pill available. But now it has been 2 months I haven t got my periods, last I got my periods was on 6th February. Its 21st April today and still no signs of periods are there. I took about 6 pregnancy tests by now and all are negative. I think I am not pregnant but still I am worried about my period cycle.
