My periods are always the same 6 to 7 days and very heavy but last month it only lasted 3 days , and this month im late for my period theres only 3 days left in the month but my home pregnancy test came out negative was it to early to test can i be pregnant ?
I've gone through your query. I can understand your anxiety.
Its normal that ur periods getting delayed by 3-4 days. If it's more than a week, it might be due to many conditions like pregnancy, stress, low birth weight, obesity, PCOS etc.
I advice you to, - Do serum beta HCG test which is more reliable than HPT. - Encourage normal activities & YOGA & stress free exercises. - Take nutritious diet - Avoid food containing caffeine, alcohol - Take iron & calcium supplements - watch for next cycle. If same problem persist consult your gynaecologist for further assistance
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further. Get well soon.
