Yes it is possible but chances are slim.
I recommend :
-a
blood test (beta hcg level) which will confirm a
pregnancy, if present.
-if negative, an
OBGYN consult,
-an
ultrasound of the abdomen to looked for ovarian cysts.
-check hormone levels. (FSH, LH, TSH, estrogen
progesterone levels)
Ovarian cysts can delay periods and usually resolve in 2-3 months without treatment. If it persists or is too big you may need medications to regulate it's size and your period.
Occasionally a surgical procedure is required to prevent complications if the cyst cannot be medically managed.
Other causes for delayed or irregular cycles could be hormonal contraceptives, sudden weight changes, major lifestyle changes, Thyroid problems, illness, travel.
I urge you to see a gynecologist after the pregnancy test to see if all is alright.
