What Causes Delay In Periods Despite Negative Test Results For Pregnancy?

Hello Doc, I had taken ipill on the first week of feb . Expected period date was 21st of feb but i missed my period and its been delayed by 4 days now. I usually have early periods. Doubting am pregnant i have tested using pregnancy test kit and the results were negative. Now am confused as what could be the reason for delayed periods. If its because of ipill , may i know for how long does it delay? Thanking you for your attention .

Now it is because of harmonal imbalance, it can be adverse effect of ipill. But now dont worry and do, not be panic, u will get period but may be late for 8-10 days.
