What Causes Delay In Periods Despite Taking Ipill After Having Safe Sex?

me and my wife had intercourse but I didn't ejaculated semen but she took I-pill within 4 hr and had her periods within 15 days ....but her second month period after taking ipill is now delayed by 4 days......we didn't had any sexual contact except my penis touched her genitial part from above and I was wearing my under wear and I just rubbed .........please help

As a physician I would like to tell you that she is 100% not pregnant. I would also like to tell you that these iPills contain large amount of hormonal drugs which cause the Disturbance in menstrual cycle of a woman. So, I suggest that you should wait and watch till15-10 days after missed period and then only visit a Obgy doctor if the periods does not return.
