General & Family Physician, Dr. Vasudha's Response
Hi,
Meprate & Duphaston both are progesterone pills. This hormone taken over a long time in high dose tends to prevent ovulation & periods become irregular (delayed, absent or earlier). I would suggest as all other investigations show no abnormality, to discontinue everything & wait for periods to come normally. You may get it within 8-15 days . Please visit your gynecologist on 4th or 5th day of menses for further management after needful investigations.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Vasudha Jayant Athavale, General & Family Physician
