What Causes Delay In Periods Ensuring Precautions After Having Sex?

Hi Doctor,I hd a sex with my GF and she is under 18 yrs. after 12 hours of sex she took unwanted 72 and after three days again having sex and took the same after 10-12 hours after sex. Here one thing more is discharge was not inside neither first time nor second time. but her last period was 27 Dec and now it has passed almost 10 days but period has not come and she is feeling tired and sick from last 3-4 days.Please advise.

Hello and welcome to HCM,
Penetrative sex and semen ejaculation into the vagina is necessary for conception.
Morning after pill (one which your partner has taken) is successful in majority of cases but failure can occur in very few patients.
Delay in menstrual cycles can occur in healthy menstruating women however, a delay of 10 days needs to be investigated.
You can undergo an urine pregnancy test for confirming or ruling out pregnancy because pregnancy is the most common cause of absent menstruation.
