What Causes Delay In Periods Inspite Of Having Safe Sex?
Hi Andrew,I and my gal friend had protected sex two days prior to her expected periods. But now almost 10 days got over here expected periods and she didnt got her periods yet. Can sex 2 days prior can extend the period, or should we take pregnancy test and see.

Sex two days prior to periods is not likely to cause conception. The delay in periods could follow physical, psychological stress in the month, may be weakness following illness in the month or sex in mid period time. Please go for pregnancy test to exclude pregnancy and consult your doctor for medication to induce periods.
