Hi,

You have mentioned a chronic history of absent period.Any previous investigations done has not been mentioned.Hormonal imbalance should be ruled out. I would suggest you to get a pelvic ultrasound, complete blood count and thyroid function test should be done to identify uterine or ovarian abnormalities.

Hormone level estimation may also be required to rule out premature menopause.Nutritional deficiencies like anemia should also be corrected to regularize your menstrual cycles.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Saranya Ramadoss, General & Family Physician
