What Causes Delay In Periods?

My period usually comes in 28 days.my last date was on 19th september and was pink water like discharge.but later there was little blood discharge.but this months period supposed to come on yesterday i.e 17th october but no signs of period till now.am i supposed to be pregnant?

Some times it does happen, chances are that you may not be pregnant.
Test for pregnancy after about ten days with urine pregnancy kit, easily available over the counter.
