What Causes Delay In Periods?

Okay I am sexually active and I had sexual intercourse yesterday but after intercourse about 3 hours later I noticed blood in my urine abd every time I urinate there is blood in it so I put a tampon in and pulled it back out and their was pinkish red blood in the top with some clumps I have also missed my period this month it usually starts around the 6th I have missed my period before but what could this be and should I be worried? Thanks

I really appreciate your concern such bleeding after the coitus could be menses bleeding and some time this could be due to trauma in either case this is nothing to worry, just wait for some time and every thing would be fine, take care.
