What Causes Delay In Periods,lower Back Pain,headache And Tiredness?
my last period was on the 9th sept 10 no sign of my period, done a few home pregnancy tests but negative, now have a few symptoms including lower back ache headache and severe tiredness, is it possible to be pregnant or am i on the change i am 37 years old

In my opinion after reading your query you need a ultrasound pelvis done to know the exact cause of delayed periods. If your urine pregnancy test is negative then chances of being pregnant are very low. Avoid taking stress as even stress will delay your periods.
