What Causes Delayed And Orange Color Period While Diagnosed With PCOS?

Hi, I am 24 years old. I have had 3 miscarriages and had been diagnosed with PCOS, which is not treated and completely gone. However, my periods for the past couple months have had an orange tint to the blood. And my period this month was 4 days late, and they normally come like clock work. Is this normal?
