Hello,

Few studies have shown that the mean time of follicle rupture after injection is 38 hours. in Which 66% of times large follicle ruptured but 32% not.

In case of immature follicles or cysts in the ovary may not rupture after high dose also. So please consult your gynaecologist she will increase the dose or check for other possibilities.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
