What Causes Delayed Menstruation After Tubal Ligation?
I am 41 years old. I had a tubal ligation in 2006 after the birth of my son. I skipped a period last month and am very nervous. I don t have any pregnancy symptoms but noticed today that I had an upset stomach throughout the day, which could be from stress of this situation. Should I be alarmed?

If you had bilateral tubal ligation you are unlikely to be pregnant. Missed periods could be because of hormonal imbalance or stress.
