What Causes Delayed Menstruation And Brown Vaginal Discharge?
I didn t have my period in January and February began to bleed brown blood that turned to heavy red blood and clots cant explain it was painful as well and now the blood is very light almost non existent but its going back to brown blood I never had my period longer then a week and its already been six days

See, first of all, prolonged and excessive menstruation with clots is a cause of concern in any age. In your case, it is also associated with delayed menstruation for a couple of months. There can be many causes and endometriosis or adenomyosis can be one of them. Also some investigations need to be done before coming to a diagnosis. Also chances of pregnancy and subsequent miscarriage cannot be ruled out if you are sexually active. You have not mentioned these points so I can't comment on these.
But I would suggest you to consult your gynaecologist and get some investigations done. Hope this was helpful. Regards
