What Causes Delayed Menstruation And Lactation While Pregnancy Tests Are Negative?
Hi I ve had my IUD(mirena) for almost 3 years my period hasn t come this month and I m leaking milk both breast are sore. I took two pregnancy test both were negative and have not gotten my results back for blood test. I am having lower abdominal pain as well Could I be pregnant?

I can understand your concern
Long standing IUD inserted in uterus may have chances of failure of contraception
it may be changed its position or its not working
my advise is better to undergo once ultrasonograpgy of abdomen ,to rule out condition of IUD as well as confirmation of pregnancy .
don't worry ,if above tests are normal ,treat for general condition of your health is enough by physician .ok
