Urine pregnancy test usually comes positive only if done after a week to 10 days of missing periods. You can always confirm by checking once more after a few days or also by doing a blood HCG test that would show positive before HCG in urine becomes evident. Another possibility is that you may have vaginal infection which also gives rise to similar symptoms you are experiencing now. In that case, you may be required to start on a course of anti- fungals.
