What Causes Delayed Menstruation And Negative Pregnancy Test?
Hi, I just turned 40 in August. My last period was in September and I did not get one in October. I have had dry mouth, lower back pain, right hip pain and cramping. I took a home pregnancy which was negative, and light spotting at night. What does this mean?
