What Causes Delayed Menstruation And Negative Pregnancy Test?
Hi I am 29 years old I havent had my period in the last 2 months I have taken 3 pregnancy test over the last week they have all come back negative. I have been having pain in my lower abdomen and also my ribs and lower back. I also feel dehydrated no matter how much water I drink ad recently I have been getting really bad headaches
