What Causes Delayed Menstruation, Fatigue, Nausea, Bloating And Chest Pain?

I m worried I haven t had my cycle in 2 months . I took two pregnancy test and they both said negative but I ve read online the symptoms and so far I ve had tiredness , nausea , fatigue , bloating . My chest hurt really bad . I don t know if it s because they are pierced or what . My nipple is getting a little darker but I ve had just lil pains and lil spotting that goes away very quickly . I started getting headaches also out of nowhere . Should I write a list of everything that s wrong and give it to my doctor . I haven t made an appointment yet because I m scared .

Hello,

Symptoms of early pregnancy include missed periods, nausea and vomiting, breast changes, fatigue and frequent urination. Many of these symptoms can also be caused by other factors such as stress or illness. If you suspect you may be pregnant, see your doctor.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
