What Causes Delayed Menstruation With Dizziness And Vaginal Discharge?

I am 22 days late for my period. The day I was supposed to start I got a UTI I took an test and it came out negative. My belly is feeling really weird and I have a white/ yellow watery discharge sometimes when I pee. And urinate way more than normal and sometimes I feel like I wont make it to the toilet. My hair is falling out more than normal. I fall asleep all the time even when I watch movies. When I stand up I feel dizzy almost every time And I keep feeling sick and burping a lot idk what's going on. Can you help?

hello, welcome to HCM. I understand your concern.The urinary symptoms what you are narrated is definitely due to UTI. I hope you have already started the treatment from your doctor. But definitely UTI is no where related to menstruation.Related to your hair fall and sleepy, can you please get one complete blood check up including thyroid hormone essay. Please show this report to doctor and see any abnormalities through which you can come to diagnosis. If report comes normal, then it is purely hormonal disturbance or stressed out life. No need to worry . Take proper healthy diet. Relax. You will have periods. Take care. my best wishes with you
