Hello and welcome to HCM, First of all it is important to rule out pregnancy. You need to take an urine pregnancy test. If pregnancy test is negative then you need to wait for the onset of menstrual cycles. The cramps that you have mentioned for past 2 days could be due to pre-menstrual syndrome so it is advisable to wait for few more days. You can take anti-spasmodic for the cramps. Pain felt during urinating could be due to urinary tract infection. A routine urine examination needs to be done to look for evidence of infection. In case infection is present, you need to consult your primary healthcare provider for prescription of antibiotic.
