General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Any time within 3 weeks after taking the iPill, her periods can start. Also she is having irregular periods too. Anyhow iPill is taken within 6 hrs of act. Wait for 2 more weeks. If delayed more than that, go ahead with a pregnancy test. Her next period might start early or few days later based on the due of ovulation.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
