Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

1. Regesterone (norethisterone) is given for postponement of menses but can also cause changes in menstrual flow and amenorrhea (which you are experiencing).

Thus, it is an ADR (adverse drug reaction) of the drug. If there is delay in your periods than consult a gynecologist.

2. Since not having periods can cause body to go into STRESS which itself can cause delay in period and regesterone also causes depression.

Thus, having a checkup with your doctor is necessary.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Munish Sood
