What Causes Delayed Period After Withdrawal Of Norethisterone Acetate?
I m 26 yrs old and I m single I have a PCO my period is absent for 3 month now and my doctor gave me northesterone acetate 10 mg for 3 days 3times daily now I m on day7 after stopping the pill and I m not having a period what should I do? Is it normal?

It happens sometimes and is somewhat expected. The hormonal imbalance takes time to kick back in after the use of Norethisterone (Utovlan).
You should have got breakthrough bleed 3-4 days after the last dose of drug. But as I said earlier it sometimes takes time for hormones to get back to normal. PCOS also contributes to the problem.
You need to wait for a couple of days. Then go back to your OB/GYN if no bleed.
