What Causes Delayed Period Along With Pinkish Vaginal Discharge During Urination?

Hi Yes I have a question I am a week late from my period and im having cramps like if im going to start my period but nothing happens and ive been feeling like I want to puke and cant and when I go pee and I wipe I get light pink blood. what does this mean?

If you are sexually active, then pregnancy would need to be ruled out with a pregnancy test.

This can detect pregnancy by day 11 to 14 after possible conception.

If you are not sexually active then the symptoms are likely premenstrual symptoms (before period symptoms) and your period should start soon.
