What Causes Delayed Period Along With Sensitivity In The Breasts?

I am 12 days past my period. Urine tests have all been negative. I have headaches, fatigue, nausea at night, sensitive breasts sometimes. My period should have came on Sept 26. My last period was on Aug 29. I have 28 day cycles. On Sept 16 I spotted off and on until Sept 18. I am very confused. Please help me.

Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
Since you have already been delayed by 12 days and some of the symptoms are indicating that you could be pregnant, kindly do the following to confirm about the same.
1. Pregnancy test with urine sample.
2. Blood levels of beta hCG.
3. Ultrasound scan of the abdomen.
Kindly consult Gynecologist with the report for clinical evaluation and further management.
