What Causes Delayed Period And Vaginal Spotting?

Spotted 2 months but no menstrual period and it is after intercourse. Am I pregnant or something is wrong with me? Went to the doctor and did urine test. It came back negative twice and I did it at home it came back negative too. I have no symptoms except spotting. I m a healthy person and go to the gym 5 times a week sometimes all week. My belly is getting alil bit bigger, lightheaded sometimes I wanna vomit but just spitting out and last but not least is lower back pain. I google everything and nobody have the same problem as me. I am hoping that I might be pregnant. I didn t have any surgery and like I said I m a healthy person and no family history.

Abdominal bloating,nausea,no periods since 2 months indicate that there can be possibility of pregnancy.
Urine pregnancy test may be false negative day if done during early days of pregnancy.
What I recommend is you get your HCG levels checked in urine to confirm the pregnancy.
You need to meet gynaecologist for discussing further options.
