What Causes Delayed Period While HPT Is Negative?

I am late with my periods by 10days already..i checked upt thrice..all came negative..however there Ws some faint pink line aftr couple of days on my 2nd upt strip so I rechecked today by stil came negative..I have gained weight and m worried whether m pregnant or NT..my periods were normal.wt cud it be

I have gone through your query, i will try to give you suggestion which will be helpful to you. 
Delayed periods could be because of many reasons like stress, hormonal Changes, pcos etc. Urine pregnancy test are more sensitive if done after a week of missed periods with early morning sample. You can get serum bhcg levels which are highly sensitive in detecting early pregnancy. As your 3 tests were negative you are unlikely to be pregnant.
