What Causes Delayed Period While UPT Is Negative?

Am 20yrs old. married 6 months ago my last periods was on december 23. am sexually related to my husband at jan.26(with condom) now my period are delay for 2 months. after 18 and 21 days of intercouse i had tested pregnancy with pregnancy kit. both time it was negative. now am studying b.pharm 2nd yr and am at hostel what can i do?

Dear,
Not to scare you but its not always necessary that upt comes postive for missed periods. ..there is aterm like ectopic pregnancy in which upt is negative and even usg will be normal.
So u better to go for a usg and consult a gynecologist .
If everything is fine you can start medications suggested by your doc.
