What Causes Delayed Period?
hi i took last month postinor 2 twice in a week first one i took two tablet together same time..and the second day i took one tablet first and after 12 hours second tablet...now my period 5 days delay already i test home pregnancy negetive but still not period come...m worried please answer me

Understand your concern
Most common cause of delayed period in your case hormonal imbalance as you took postinor 2 twice in the week. Hormone imbalance is due to high progesterone level in the pill. (prolongation of luteal phase).
Your period will be delayed by1-2 weeks. But if period will delay by more than 14 days then again go for pregnancy test. Blood HCG and USG can be done for accurate diagnosis. So that clear your doubt of regarding pregnancy.
Definitely it will come negative for pregnancy. If period will not come inspite of presence of pregnancy then you should take medroxyprogesterone acetate preperation to induce bleeding.
Take healthy diet. fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables. Drink plenty of fluids and do regular exercise for 45-60 minutes in the morning.
