What Causes Delayed Periods After Miscarriage?

Good Evening, I had a miscarriage on Jan. 31st, bleed and spotted for about 2 weeks. Since then I haven t had a period, my hormone levels were still pretty high a week after the ordeal. But I was a little concern on if it is a possibility that I might be pregnant again?

Hello and wwlcome.

Hormone levels remain elevated for a while after a miscarriage as the body does not immediately realise the loss of conception. Give it some time, and you shall feel better and your hormone levels shall return to normal.
