What Causes Delayed Periods After Taking Unwanted 72?

hi i m rose i m 33 yrs old i have one baby boy he is 13 yrs old.... me & my hubby physically relation 26 september 2016 & my periods date ago 5 october 2016 but i took medicine unwanted 72.... 26 september took medicine after the physically relation after 3 hours... but i did not come periods.. my periods are one day ago... plz tell me doctor...

i am not sure if you had periods when you maybe reading this answer.

anyhow, the most common cause of secondary amenorrhea ( missed periods) is "pregnancy". however, it need confirmation via blood/urine HCG and/or ultrasound.
secondary means - i a woman who has a normal history of periods.
