What Causes Delayed Periods After Taking Unwanted 72?

Sir i had sex with my gf 3 days before periods and i gave her unwanted 72 within 24 hours... But she does not have periods yet? Today i sh also took home pregnancy test and it is negative. Please tell me why is delaying in periods... She got last period on 27 feb and we had sex on 24 march.

Hi, I think periods can get delayed due to effect of emergency pill also. She can wait for one more week and repeat the test. If negative, she can take some medicines like meprate or deviry for inducing periods. Hope it helps.
