Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

The chance of having a pregnancy while using a contraceptive method is very rare, but there is a possibility of pregnancy.
You need to do the following:
1- Urine or blood pregnancy test.
2- Clinical and lab assessment in the nearest medical center.

I hope I have answered your query. Let me know if you have any further questions.
Take care.
