Hello dear Understand your concern First you have to go for pregnancy test to rule out the pregnancy. In absence of pregnancy , delayed period may be due ovarian dysfunction, hormonal imbalance. thyroid problem, excessive stress, change in dietary habit and endometriosis. I would suggest to undergo USG scan, reproductive and thyroid hormone analysis and ovarian follicle study by consulting the gynecologist. Treatment will depend on the cause.
