hi sir/madam, i and my bf had unprotected sex on 3rd march.. my periods date was on 4th march.. but still now i have not started my periods... what shd i do i tensed.. i dont want to be pregnant.. and i m not able to contact a doctor also..i am drinking jaggery and turmeric water from two days

You should rule out pregnancy by urine HCG card test. You can do this test at home. If pregnancy test negative than you can wait for few more days. If still period doesn't come than ovarian cause, thyroid problem, stress etc., like cause need to be ruled out. USG pelvis, hormonal profile test etc., can be done for that.
