What Causes Delayed Periods Along With Abdominal And Back Pain?

Hi doc my last lmp date 12 July but I have abdominal pain back pain before lmp date . July 15 I went doc my upt test negative doc prescribed that tab bd for 5 days but I feel lower abdomen pain ad back pain also every days I feel may be pregnant so I ask I continue that tab deviry or stop

UPT has less sensitivity to detect pregnancy.
Better get your blood tested for level of HCG in blood to confirm pregnancy.
If you are positive,you may talk with your doctor about discontinuing tab deviry.

If pregnancy is not there,delay in periods with abdominal and lower back pain may be because of pelvic inflammatory disease.

Do you also experience vaginal discharge/burning sensation in vagina during micturation or sex?
You need to visit gynaecologist for proper pelvic examination.
Vaginal swab microscopy smear examination and urinanalysis may be needed to identify cause of pelvic inflammatory disease.
It can be managed by a course of antibiotics like cipro/azithro for 7-10 days.
It can be sexually transmitted so avoid sex while on treatment.Also get your partner treated.
Maintain regular genital hygiene with soap and water.
Drink adequate quantity of water.
