What Causes Delayed Periods Along With Abdominal Cramping And Frequent Urination?
I started cramping now I have the feeling as if I have a tampon slipping out of my vagina. I also have to pee a lot the sensation happened out of no where. I haven t gotten my period this month last month is a blur but I remember spotting .I have taken a pregnancy test im not pregnant. any insight on what can be happening?

delay in periods can happen due to hormonal imbalance. so it i better to consult a gynecologist you may need to take an ultrasound abdomen. to see for any cyst or swelling tin the ovary thatca ncause the delay in periods if UPT is negative.
the frequent urination will be due to urinary tract infection. for which try drinking plenty of water and take syrup citralka 10 ml in one glass water three times a day. before consulting a physician.
