What Causes Delayed Periods Along With Abdominal Cramps And Nausea?
hey, So I am 25 years old, a female. I ve been sexually active and missed my period so i thought that I was pregnant. But I ve gone to a clinic and had a negative blood test. Even though I ve been cramping, nauseous and overly emotional there is still no sign of menstration and I was supposed to get it on the 1st. the docotor told me it could be related to stress but I would really appreciate a second opinion on this matter.

The pregnancy urine test gives a positive result usually after one week of the delayed period if conception occurred. So if one week not passed of delayed period than repeat test. The stress, obesity like condition can delay period.
You can wait for 1-2 weeks to induce period naturally. If it doesn't come in week than further evaluation can be done by Hormonal testing and USG.
