What Causes Delayed Periods Along With Abdominal Pain And Spasms?

Lower abdominal pain on the right side yesterday which felt like rolling contractions, tonight same situation on left side. Last night laying flat cramped and then pain started contracting, tonight pulled my left leg up and cramped and contraction like pain began. It is a very dull rolling pain that lasts for about 10 minutes both times. I have not had a menstrual cycle since Feb 2015. I had hernia surgery and was told I had no hernias in these areas. I have also had same pain under my right breast bone.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, if this was the dull pain and was not at the same spot and not severe one then it could be some insignificant one and may not be due to any disease, even not due to menstrual cycle, past history of hernia surgery also nothing to take anything, still it need to be watched for persistency and if this is so then may needs some investigations else no need to worry about this, hope this information helps.
