What Causes Delayed Periods Along With Abdominal Pain?
Hi I am married since last 6 months. I have a doubt related to my periods. I missed my periods since last few days and this is the 4 th day off missed periods. We never had an unprotected sexual inter course during my fertility days. My periods is usually after 25 days every month and I have abdominal pain same as like before periods start. Could you please give me the possible reasons behind this issue?

Please get the urine test for pregnancy done. If urine test is negative then wait for 3 days before repeating because 4 days delay in period is not a big issue.
