Hello dear I understand your concern Plan B pill contain high progesterone. It cause prolongation of second phase of the cycle and delay in the period. Progesterone also cause relaxation of smooth muscle and cause bloating. So your symptoms could be due to side effect of the pill. If your period will delay by the more than 12 days then go for urine pregnancy test and or blood HGC to rule out the pregnancy as sometime failure of plan B pill in 3-5% cause pregnancy. If you will be pregnant then still you can terminate it by abortion pill under the advise of the gynecologist. Mean while avoid stress, take healthy diet and do regular exercise.
