What Causes Heavy Periods, Bloated Stomach And Abdominal Pain?

52 year old female, not overweight but do smoke, constantly feeling sick, tired, breathless, have bloated stomach & abdominal pain, lower back pain & neck pain, really not feeling well. Recently started HRT but heavy periods have returned for some reason - previously had operation for endemetriosus. Blood pressure is fine but not been checked for heart or anything else. Really feel like something is wrong..

As 52 yrs age is perimenopausal, heavy periods must be investigated and treated accordingly. If periods were stopped previously, and started again start with sonography and consultation.
